You can book your appointment online by clicking here.
  • How can I pay for my appointment?
We accept card, cash and bank transfers. Payments made by card or cash can be made after your treatment. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, we request that payment is made prior to your appointment.
  • Can I claim through my health insurance?
We are recognised by Aviva, Cigna, Vitality, WPA, Allianz, Bupa and Bupa Global. Please remember, always tell your insurance company about your visit prior to your appointment. Your insurer will confirm whether the Osteopath you want to see is recognised by them. We do request payment is made to us first and you will receive the invoice with all the details in order for you to claim the amount back through your health insurance.
  • Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
You will be able to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We do advise that you let us know 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. If you do decide to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be liable to pay the full appointment fee.
  • Which treatments and services are available at O&P Clinic?
Your can find out more about our treatments and services here.
  • Does Osteopathy hurt?
Your Osteopath will use the most suitable techniques for you and aims to make you as comfortable as possible at all times during the treatment. Although some techniques may feel slightly tender, most discomfort felt during the treatment is short-term. Your Osteopath will always make sure techniques used are safe and well-tolerated by patients and will not perform any form of therapy that the patient does not consent to. It is normal to experience some mild soreness 24-48 hours after the treatment, similar to the sensation felt after a massage or an exercise session. If pain or discomfort persists beyond this period, it is best to contact the osteopathic clinic to relay your health concerns.
  • What should I wear to my appointment?
For Osteopathy, Cupping and Massage Therapy, we recommend wearing shorts and loose-fitting clothing. We always want you to be comfortable, but keep in mind that your practitioner may need to examine more than just the area of pain. For Pilates, we recommend wearing gym clothing. If you’re still unsure on what to wear to your appointment, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
  • COVID 19
We are reviewing our practice hygiene policy daily based on the most recent Public Health England advice, so this may change. In-line with Public Health England, GOsC and IO guidance, your therapist will be wearing PPE including masks as well as gloves and aprons. Due to the nature of the face masks please let us know if you are having problems hearing us. We will be regularly disinfecting surfaces and ‘often touched areas’ such as door handles, card reader, etc. Treatment table will be disinfected between each patient. If you have any questions or concerns please send us an email: amandine@oandpclinic.co.uk
